We are recruiting caring, vibrant and charismatic individuals to join our dynamic Ardlui House team in Helensburgh as Support Workers, Practitioners and Relief staff. If you feel you this is the move you have been looking for then we want to hear from you!
You don’t need to have any care experience to start your career with Sense Scotland, we recruit individuals based on Values and Attitude. All successful applicants must be in a position to gain the qualification as determined by the SSSC for registration purposes and be able to gain professional registration with the SSSC within the timescale required, where relevant.
Ardlui House, is our short breaks service based in Helensburgh for children and young people with additional and complex health and support needs, including individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Communication and Sensory processing difficulties. At Ardlui House we strive to provide a safe space for children and young people to have a home away from home, where individuals are supported to engage in fun and exciting activities based on their own interests and needs, whether that be time to relax, or to be active in the community.
Ardlui House is a bungalow with five individual colour themed bedrooms with 24 hour care and support right in the heart of Helensburgh, fully equipped to suit individuals needs and personalities, we have a sensory play area, communal kitchen with living areas and a fully accessible and enclosed garden.
